PROPERTY MAINTENANCE & CLEANING
At our company, we understand the importance of maintaining your property in top condition. We offer a comprehensive maintenance service to our clients to help keep their properties in the best possible condition, including cleaning services if needed outside of rental periods. Our experienced team also acts as a representative for our clients when dealing with maintenance issues, making sure that all work is completed to a high standard.

REPRESENTATION
Our clients often require representation for a range of matters, such as paperwork, deliveries, insurance companies, and technicians. We are always ready to assist in these matters and act as a representative for our clients, ensuring that their needs are taken care of.

PRICING
For our representation service, we charge a starting rate of €22 + IVA for arriving at the home for any agreed-upon appointment. From there, we offer either an hourly rate or a fixed rate for the job or supervision requested, ensuring that our clients receive transparent and fair pricing for our services.
